Please also send an up to date CV and a 10 page sample of your writing. If you’d also like to send links to work in order to support your application please do.

We are passionate about creating a diverse writersroom and positively encourage applications from under-represented communities.  We consider early careers to mean 0 - 5 years of professional experience. To apply for the professional early careers writersroom please send the required documents to Mark Finbow at mark@theseagull.co.uk. Deadline for applications is midday Weds 5th March 2025.

Opportunities for community writers based in East Suffolk will be released soon. Further opportunities for early career directors, cast and crew will be released as the project develops.
